This lemon and raspberry rose jam, flavored tea evokes the feeling that was in the air the day that Briar Rose woke up, surrounded by a wall of roses in full bloom on that sweet day that she was found by the prince.



Instructions: Steep 5-10 minutes in 212˚F/100˚C Water
