General Shipping Information

Non-US residents: Please note that your order ships from the US and may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery. While we try our very best to keep international shipping costs low, your country’s import fees are out of our control. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

Fairy Tale Teas ships worldwide.Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Fairy Tale Teas cannot assume responsibility for any issues due solely to delivery time, or lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of DHL, USPS, or UPS and all claims must be filed through them.
In order to facilitate delivery, please provide any apartment, suite, or hall number in your selected delivery address. You may add any other important information, such as “drop off to a doorman,” in the “Additional Information” section.

Orders are processed within 1-7 days, and are shipped on Thursday-Saturday.

Shipping methods do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect timelines, ship dates and delivery dates.

Continental United States/ Territories/ Minor Outlying Islands

We offer First Class shipping for a flat rate of $6.

Canada & Rest of the World

Your package will be shipped via USPS, though we do sometimes ship DHL or UPS depending on your selection of at checkout.

We offer the following USPS shipping services:

First Class Package International
Priority Mail International
Priority Mail Express International

The rates are calculated based on weight and destination.

Please allow up to 28 days for international orders to arrive please check with your local postal service, for any delays or restrictions in place.

HOLIDAY DELIVERIES

Deliveries during any holiday are based on USPS, UPS, or DHL business hours

ORDERS AS GIFTS

We want to create a special tasting experience for each Fairy Tale Teas gift sent. To preserve the gift component, we do not include receipts in our packages. Clients receive their receipts by email.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking notification email. You may track your order at any time.
