Refunds
All teas are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any loose leaf teas or consumable products, or gift cards.
However, if you are unsatisfied with your order in anyway, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support elves for help.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately {within 10 business days} at info@fairytaleteas.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If accepted, we send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
