Once Upon a Time Iced Latte

If Cinderella had a morning routine before heading to the royal ball, or maybe just taking a quiet moment by the window, this would be her drink of choice. Elegant, enchanting, and kissed with just the right amount of magic, the Once Upon a Time Tea Latte is a fairytale in a glass.

Made with our signature Once Upon a Time tea, this iced latte is equal parts delicate and decadent, with notes of vanilla and hazelnut.

But the real charm? We’ve turned the tea itself into glittery ice cubes, infused with edible pixie dust, so that as they melt, they swirl their sparkle into the latte, just like a little magic spell unraveling.

This latte is perfect for a tea party, a dreamy brunch, or anytime you want to feel a little more royal. Below, you’ll find the full recipe to bring this fairytale to life.

Ingredients:

- Once Upon a Time ice cubes

- 1/2 c. Once Upon a Time tea {brewed strong}

- 1 c. Oat milk {reserve 1/4 c. for froth}

- 1/2 tbs. Agave syrup

- Edible flower petals for garnish

{Make Ahead: brew 2 tsp or 2 teabags of Once Upon a Time for 4-5 minutes and let cool. In an ice tray sprinkle a pinch of pixie dust into each cube and pour the tea over top. Freeze for at least 4 hours.}

Brew 2 tsp or 2 teabags of Once Upon a Time for 4-5 minutes and set aside to cool. 

Pour agave into a glass, followed by ice cubes, then oat milk. Add your Once Upon a Time tea, and stir until the agave is dissolved. Using a blender or an electric milk frother, froth 1/4 c. of milk and spoon it onto the top of your drink. Garnish with edible flower petals and enjoy!
